Analyzes budget information, prepares budget reports, interprets and applies budget guidelines and maintains the budget system for WARF, WiSys, WiCell and MIR; provides accounting support for WiSys; provides accounting assistance and support to the Controller, Assistant Controller and CFO; manages Federal Grants and Contracts; and maintains annual cost data.
