Responsibilities:
Manages the contract obligation of WARF and its third party contractees; assists in the negotiation of agreements between the University of Wisconsin and outside third parties; interacts directly with WARF licensees to facilitate contract compliance and revenue collections.
Tracks and monitors contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and maintaining associated documentation. Responsible for the administration of government and commercial contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
